WHY THIS
Growth.cx came to me as a design assignment, and I'd also been wanting to see how far Claude Design and Claude Code could take a real page end to end. This felt like the right excuse.
What struck me first was that nothing was wrong with their material. The proof is real, hard ARR figures, named founders, results most agencies can't show. But the homepage stages all of it as a scripted conversation, so every section sits behind a question the reader has to play along with before they reach the evidence. It reads as a gimmick, and the strongest thing on the page ends up being the part people scroll past. That's a packaging problem, not a content problem. I wanted to see if I could leave every word untouched and still make the results land.
One accent colour, spent rarely: A single blue, used only on numbers and hover states. Everything else is type and space. Because it shows up so rarely, it means something when it does, the results carry emphasis without needing any extra treatment.
Their words, untouched: No rewrite. The copy was already good, so the only thing I let myself change was the packaging. If it worked, that proved the content was never the problem.
Results at display size: Client outcomes set as the largest type on the page, 280%, $106k, $610K with the client name sitting quietly underneath. The proof leads instead of waiting at the bottom for someone patient enough to reach it.
Scroll as pacing, not decoration: Services arrive one at a time in reading order, each getting a beat of attention instead of landing as a wall of six. Motion controls when something appears, never whether you can get to it. Nothing hidden behind an interaction.
Monospace for the operational copy: The lines about how they actually work, one senior pod, one to two clients per expert set in mono, so they read as plain spec-sheet fact rather than more marketing voice.

What I shipped
Fully functional landing page designed and built with Claude, designed in Claude Design, coded in Claude Code, shipped in a single day.
Complete page design: Full-bleed hero, scroll-revealed services, client results section, and operational detail, their copy, re-set from scratch.
Working scroll system: Stat reveals and service cards that animate in on scroll position, paced to reading speed rather than firing all at once.
Results treatment: Client outcomes set at display scale with the client name beneath, the proof moved from the bottom of the page to the front of it.
Live deployed build: Responsive, hosted, and shareable as a working page rather than a mockup.
Rebranding guideline
Colour: Their existing blue, kept as the only accent. Reserved strictly for numbers and hover states, never for headings, buttons, borders, or backgrounds. Everything else is black, white, and grey.
Type: One weighted sans for headlines and body, one monospace for operational detail, how the pods work, how many clients per expert. Mono signals fact; sans carries the pitch.
Motion: Timing only, never access. Nothing is gated behind a click, a hover, or a conversation. Motion decides when something arrives, never whether the reader gets to it.
Proof: Numbers are the largest type on any section they appear in. Attribution sits small and quiet underneath.
Voice: Unchanged. Every word on the page is theirs.
Working this fast changed where the difficulty sat. When you can produce a section in minutes, making things stops being the bottleneck and deciding what to make becomes the whole job. Most of the day went into diagnosis and subtraction, not production, the constraint I set early, that I wouldn't touch a single word of their copy, ended up doing more work than any visual decision I made after it.
The other lesson was about restraint. A fast tool makes it very easy to add, and almost everything I removed was something I'd built ten minutes earlier and liked. Claude will happily give you the fourth animation. Knowing it's the third one too many is still on you.
